That is the only way to reach this site. There is no phone line, no chat, and no social media account. If someone contacts you claiming to work for this site through any other channel, it is not us.

Worth writing about

Errors. Wrong figures, broken links, steps that don't match reality. Say which page and which passage. These get handled first and anything changed is logged in corrections.
Additions. Rules where you are that differ from what we've written, or machines that behave differently.
Your experience. What you ran into, what tripped you up, what you nearly fell for. That is useful to the people who come after you.
Suggestions. Questions you searched for and couldn't find an answer to.

What we can't help with

Better said clearly than left vague:

Recovering funds. We don't offer this and don't know anyone who can. Bitcoin transfers cannot be reversed, without exception. Anyone claiming they can recover cryptocurrency for you, particularly for a fee paid upfront, deserves deep suspicion — people who have already been scammed are frequently targeted a second time.
Machine faults or transaction disputes. We have no relationship with any bitcoin ATM operator. Those go to the operator listed on the machine or your receipt — what to prepare.
Financial, legal or tax advice. Rules differ enormously; use someone qualified where you live.
Anything urgent. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond quickly. If you think you are being defrauded, or you have just paid, contact your local police and your bank directly rather than waiting for a reply.

If you are standing at a machine right now with someone on the phone telling you to pay — don't write to us. Hang up, put the cash away and walk away. No government agency, police force, court, tax office, utility, courier or legitimate business will ever ask you to pay through a bitcoin ATM. Then read the three questions.

About replies

This is a small site. Replies are not fast and not guaranteed. Emails that identify a specific error and include the page address get priority.

Please don't send these

Recovery phrases, private keys or passwords. We don't need them and nor does anybody else. Anyone asking you for these is stealing from you, with no exceptions.
Photographs of identity documents, card numbers or full personal details. There is no situation here where those are needed.
If you are sharing an experience, take out names, account numbers and full addresses first.
